Doppel acquires the Rozzano, Milan facility from Pfizer, gaining specialized expertise in the production of solid oral forms and injectable dosages.
2003
It enhances its Research & Development capabilities at the Rozzano facility by building new state-of-the-art laboratories for Pharmaceutical and Analytical Development.
2009
It expands its food production division, strengthening its presence in the nutraceutical sector.
2011
It builds new pharmaceutical facilities at the Cortemaggiore site, expanding production capacity.
2020
It acquires 90% of Dietopack, one of Italy’s leading CDMOs (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations).
2021
Alfa Omega designs and becomes the manufacturer of the first Class III injectable medical device
2024
Doppel and Mipharm merge to form DMX Pharma.
